Public comments requested-Proposed Data Collection Standards for Race, Ethnicity, Primary Language, Sex, and Disability Status

The US Department of Health and Human Services is asking for public comment on the proposed data collection standards for race, ethnicity, primary language, sex, and disability status required by section 4302 of the Affordable Care Act.  Comments are accepted until August 1, 2011.
