Healthy Lives – Healthy Communities Conference: Presentations available now online

The Center for Health Policy and the Missouri Health Equity Collaborative hosted the Healthy Lives – Healthy Communities conference Friday, April 25, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Central Standard Time) in Columbia, Missouri. The conference objective was  to raise participants’ awareness of health disparities, analyze the root causes of those inequities and equip participants to address them with the best practices that have been developed at the local level.
